Scope

We start with a focused conversation about what you’re building, who it’s for, and what success looks like. Within a week, you’ll have a written scope, a timeline, and a fixed price for the first phase.

02STEP 2/4

Design

We design the product end-to-end — flows, screens, and interactions — before we write production code. You’ll see real designs in a working environment, not slides.

03STEP 3/4

Build

We ship in weekly increments. You’ll see progress every Friday and have the chance to redirect every Monday. No black-box agency work, no end-of-quarter surprises.

Launch

Nirvix is a boutique product engineering studio. Small by design — we keep the team intentionally tight so every project gets senior attention from start to finish. No hand-offs to junior teams. No layers of account managers between you and the people building the product.

We work with founders and product teams who care about craft. The kind of people who notice a 16ms animation jitter, or a misaligned button, or a query that takes 400ms when it should take 40. If that sounds like you, we’ll probably get along.

We work remotely with clients globally and have shipped production software across online gaming, healthcare, AI products, e-commerce, and events. NDAs and discretion are part of how we work.
